Trail Description:
This trail follows the Tanglewood Creek. This is a there-and-back snowshoe, not a loop, if you follow the trail to the very end you will come out in Arapaho National Forest at Beartrack Lakes near Mt. Evans. There are numerous turn-offs as well from the main Tanglewood Trail, for instance onto the Deer Creek Trail that heads west towards Geneva Mountain. (Former site of the Geneva Ski Area.)

Visited January 20, 2007. The trail itself had plenty of snow though some of the south-facing hills near the parking lot were bare. Be aware hiking up the road to the summer trailhead that there are private residences along the edges. You may also encounter snowmobile traffic on the road.
